Description
Rohmatul Fajriyah research is on Statistics and Bioinformatics, mainly on data analysis and R statistical programming. Currently working on NGS data analysis on forestry in cooperation with Forestry Research Development Center and previously on plant breeding at EWINDO (East West Seed). She also has an ongoing work with the Biomedics Research Center on TBC and COVID-19. She and her team have developed a web-based RShiny application to classify malaria patients based on their red-blood cell image with Random Forest algorithm.
